Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Shree Shivay Namastubhyam Hotel, located in Varanasi. By booking a room, using our website, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

  • Valid government ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) is required at the time of check-in.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

2. Check-in / Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in full or partial charges.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, property, and other guests.

  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

  • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A penalty may apply.

5. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children under 5 years stay free when using existing beds.

  • Extra beds and cribs are available upon request (additional charges may apply).

6. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly permitted under special circumstances.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

  • Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Website & Online Booking

  • By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access.

  • We strive for accuracy in pricing and availability but cannot guarantee absence of errors.

9. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.).
